Welcome to Highland Community Park's (HCP) Highland Community Park (HCP) consists of 40 acres with large lake, walking path and gazebo. We have a completely fenced quad baseball/softball field complex, electronic scoreboards, community meeting room, concession stand with indoor restrooms and plenty of parking available. During the summer months, dugouts and bleachers are covered for your comfort. HCP is also proud of the growth in the soccer community here in Sparta, Ohio. HCP also has a beautiful memorial to honor our service men and women provided by our local Legion. Thank You to Bob Jenkins for this photo....
